A construction crane that's part of the State Highway 161 project collapsed late Tuesday night in Grand Prairie.
No one was injured in the accident near Interstate 20 and Carrier Parkway.
The large crane appeared to be involved in building an elevated portion of the highway, which, when complete, will link I-20 with Airport Expressway in Irving as part of the President George Bush Turnpike Western Extension.
The North Texas Tollway authority said they do not know how the crane collapsed.
