A road worker in Annandale was killed Saturday when another worker lost control of an asphalt roller and ran over him, police say.

Tobar was taken to a hospital in life-threatening condition and was pronounced dead.
Fairfax County Police Crash Reconstruction and Homicide detectives responded to the scene and determined no criminal charges will be placed.
The investigation has been turned over to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
