Construction Leaders Launch Connor & Gaskins Unlimited

Barry Connor and Craig Gaskins, former partners of Boran Craig Barber Engel Construction Co., Inc. (BCBE) have launched their own construction company, Connor & Gaskins Unlimited.

The partners earned a combined 26 years of experience at BCBE, spearheading projects like condominiums, government facilities, office buildings, custom homes, and medical centers. As a result of their diverse knowledge, Connor and Gaskins' firm, CG Unlimited, does not concentrate on a single niche.

Industry experience and knowledge led CG Unlimited to quickly generate construction management projects in Florida and a 60 story multi-use tower project in Kentucky. One of CG Unlimited's first projects is the refurbishment of the Hillcrest Manor Apartments, near NCH Healthcare System. Owned by Lorcar, Inc., a privately held Naples-based corporation specializing in real estate investment, the apartments house traveling nurses.

Other Southwest Florida projects underway at CG Unlimited range from interior renovations of a 9,900 square-foot sales center for Fusion Industries in Naples, renovations of a surgery center, condominium and commercial tenant improvements to a custom-built beachfront home.
