A man working on building a wind farm nearby Livermore was killed after a bulldozer rolled over on top of him Monday afternoon.

driving on N. Vasco Road rolled down the embankment, possibly killing the driver.

Cal OSHA responded and confirmed the death of the driver. It also began an investigation into the death.

The driver was working for the Minnesota-based Blattner Energy on the Vasco Winds Re-Powering Project, a wind farm off I-580 that being built to provide power for Contra Costa County.

The other workers were told not to come in Tuesday, and Bratner Energy's Vice President was expected to come out to the site that day.
