According to 31 year old Michael Bustoz's Facebook page, he has been a "jack of all trades" at H and S Constructors since 2003. In fact he checked in at the company on Valero Way around 7 Monday morning. But according to the Medical Examiner, Bustoz was dead by 8:42 AM.

A close family friend of Bustoz tells us he had just walked out of a building out onto the property when he was suddenly hit by a beam and trapped underneath. We're told a group of Bustoz's co-workers rushed to his side, actually lifting the beam up just enough to pull him out.

The family friend tells us he was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after arriving.

We spoke with a representative from H and S Constructors who tells us the accident is under investigation but out of respect for Bustoz's family, the company won't be releasing any more information at this time.

In the past 15 hours since Michael Bustoz made his last Facebook post, family and friends have covered his wall posting comments, memories, and messages to his family. Michael Bustoz's mother actually posted this message from her son's Facebook account, "thank you everyone for your prayers and condolences. He will be deeply missed. My son was a very caring and loving son and friend to everyone."
